AmeriHealth Caritas

AmeriHealth Caritas, a Philadelphia-based health insurers that covers people in Medicaid and other government health programs, has named Rebecca Engelman to be executive vice president for Medicaid markets.

Engelman has been a regional president at the company.

Earlier, she helped found Select Health of South Carolina and served as an executive there. She has also worked as a nurse in medical-surgical units and in emergency rooms.

She has a master's degree in nursing administration from the Medical University of South Carolina.

Lincoln Financial

Lincoln Financial has promoted Shantanu Mishra to corporate treasurer, from assistant treasurer.

Mishra has been working for the Radnor, Pennsylvania-based life insurer since 2010.

Earlier, he worked for Ameriprise Financial Services and American Express.

He has a bachelor's degree from Delhi University and a master's degree in business from the Indian Institute of Management. He holds the chartered financial analyst professional designation.
