You will need to clear your browser’s cached images and files. The instructions below are for the Google Chrome
browser, the browser that we recommend for Tax Facts.
1. At the top right, click More (3 vertical dots).
2. Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.
3. On the Basic Tab, you’ll see a dropdown labeled Time Range. Select All time.
4. Check the box for ‘Cached images and files’ ONLY. All of the other boxes should NOT be checked.
5. Click the Clear data button.
6. Close your browser.
7. Open a new Chrome browser window.
8. Go back to Tax Facts https://search.taxfactsonline.com
