Drew Ellis has helped transform Mercer Advisors’ approach to serving nonprofit organizations, building a nationally scalable Endowment & Foundation practice that delivers institutional-quality investment guidance alongside board governance support, educational programming, and fundraising-related strategic resources. Recognizing that many mission-driven organizations need more than investment management alone, the nominee led the redesign of Mercer Advisors’ Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) offering to create a more holistic and differentiated client experience. To support growth and consistency nationwide, Drew developed a specialized nonprofit advisory practice that includes advisor education, certification, and ongoing training. Today, 31 advisors participate in the Endowment & Foundation Practice Lead team, enabling Mercer Advisors to provide dedicated expertise to nonprofit organizations across the country.
