As President and COO, and one of three co-founders of Jump, Tim Chaves has been the driving force behind the company's product vision, the relentless listener who translated the needs of tens of thousands of advisors into a platform that now shapes how the industry thinks about AI. His most consequential contribution over the past 12–18 months was leading the development of new meeting, growth, and onboarding framework: a reimagining of Jump not as a productivity tool, but as an end-to-end system for the modern advisory firm. Where others saw meeting automation as a destination, Tim saw it as a starting point. He asked what advisors needed after the note was taken, after the CRM was updated, after the meeting ended, and he led the development of a platform to answer those questions at scale.
