Rather than building a large, generalist practice, he built something more deliberate: a fixed-fee, fiduciary firm dedicated exclusively to O&G professionals, where every advisor serves approximately 25 clients and every engagement is grounded in genuine niche expertise. Over the past 18 months, his leadership has produced results that demonstrate the power of that model. The firm grew to $465 million in AUM serving 86 HNW client families across three Texas office locations, all while maintaining the advisor-to-client ratio and service standards that define the client experience.
