Gideon Drucker is President and CEO of Drucker Wealth, a third-generation financial planning firm overseeing $1 billion in assets under management. Since assuming leadership, he has transformed the firm into a modern, planning-first RIA by integrating financial planning, tax planning and preparation, estate planning and investment management into one coordinated experience. Over the past year, Gideon has focused on strengthening both the firm's capabilities and the organization behind them. He launched an in-house tax division and estate planning services, and invested in executive/organizational consulting with Angie Herbers to strengthen the firm's structure and long-term operating model. He is known for setting a clear vision, communicating it consistently, and building a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
