More than a decade before institutional-caliber investing became a broader trend in private wealth, Jon built Angeles Wealth Management around the investment expertise of AIA, giving HNW and UHNW families access to the same rigorous investment process and opportunities leveraged by endowments and foundations. Over the past 18 months, Jon has extended that vision through the acquisition of XO Capital and launch of Angeles Family Office, creating an integrated platform that combines institutional investment consulting, private wealth management and comprehensive family office services. Designed as a scalable “skinny family office” alternative to a traditional single-family office, AFO serves as a central hub for families' financial lives through a coordinated, single-team approach. Under Jon's leadership, AWM has grown from approximately $250 million in AUM in 2017 to more than $3 billion as of June 2026.
