Pradeep Jayaraman is President of Bluespring Wealth,the registered investment advisor arm of Kestra Holdings and a leading acquirer of RIAs and wealth management firms. Since taking the role in September 2024, he has become one of the most active dealmakers in wealth management M&A, drawing on more than a decade of experience scaling advisory businesses at Focus Financial Partners and earlier M&A work as a VP at Goldman Sachs. In 2025, Pradeep led Bluespring to a record year, completing nine acquisitions that added more than $6 billion in assets under management. He carried that momentum into 2026 with the acquisition of SHP Financial, a $2.3 billion firm that became Bluespring's largest deal by assets to date.
