H. Tyler Rosser is a Managing Director at Oxford Financial Group, Ltd., where he advises ultra-high-net-worth families and business owners on estate planning, tax strategy, and multigenerational wealth preservation. In his first year as Managing Director, he assumed lead responsibility for more than 35 UHNW family relationships — representing approximately $900 million in AUM and $7.5 million in annual recurring revenue — following the transition of long-tenured Oxford partners into retirement. Tyler’s most significant contribution over the past 12–18 months was the pre-transaction estate and tax planning he led for the founder of a high-growth telehealth company. In addition to client work, Tyler teaches Estate and Gift Taxation at IU McKinney School of Law as an adjunct professor, mentors junior Oxford professionals, and contributes to planned giving and philanthropic advisory roles across Central Indiana.
