Chet Bennetts, Ph.D., CFP®, ChFC®, CLF®, CLU®, RICP®, serves as Department Chair and Associate Provost in Academics at The American College of Financial Services, where he oversees curriculum quality, instructional improvement, faculty collaboration, and student outcomes. A veteran of both the financial services profession and the United States Marine Corps, Bennetts supports military communities as an on-demand Department of Defense contractor, providing free financial counseling and planning services to service members and their families. In addition, he is one of The College’s leading advocates for artificial intelligence. Through research, education, and institutional leadership, he helps faculty, staff, and financial professionals understand how AI can be responsibly integrated into financial services and higher education, promoting innovation while maintaining ethical and professional standards.
