George Nichols III, CAP® currently serves as the 10th president and CEO of The American College of Financial Services. Celebrating his eighth anniversary at The College in 2026, Nichols has presided over the most significant period of transformation in its history — leading it through a period of historic financial growth. Nichols has also dramatically improved The College’s culture as well as the experience for students and alumni. George’s greatest accomplishment over the past 12-18 months has been the successful creation and scaling of the Tax Planning Certified Professional® (TPCP®) program as a catalyst for the broader transformation of The College into a specialization-driven education and engagement platform
