Tushad Driver, CTO and Co-Founder of Alphathena, has built and shipped an institutional-grade agentic AI platform with a lean engineering team, at a pace that has kept Alphathena ahead of a rapidly evolving tech environment. Over the past 12 months, Tushad led the development of Athena AI into Alphathena's core platform, designing the system that connects a natural language interface to a custom-built optimization engine, enabling real-time feasibility evaluation, multi-scenario analysis, and plain-language outcome summaries across complex, tax-aware portfolio workflows. He accomplished this while simultaneously delivering long/short direct indexing capabilities, expanded custodian integrations, and continuous improvements to platform performance.
