In under four years, Patrick Marcinko has built a client book at Bogart Wealth while simultaneously serving in national leadership at the Financial Planning Association. As the outgoing Director of NextGen for the FPA National Capital Area chapter, he executed a succession plan that left the program stronger than he found it and earned him the 2025 FPA NCA Emerging Leader Award, a peer-nominated recognition of his commitment to the profession's long-term health. Inside Bogart Wealth, Patrick led the adoption of Holistiplan, a tax planning platform that has elevated the firm's planning capabilities across the team. He mentors advisors in the firm's Advisor Growth Track and has taken an active role in connecting students at Virginia Tech and George Mason University to careers in financial planning.
