Brad Joudrie has led Conquest Planning as CEO since January 2026, stepping into the role immediately following both a major capital raise and a founder-to-successor transition. Having spent seven years as Conquest's first Chief Revenue Officer, Brad helped grow Conquest, powered by its proprietary AI expert system SAM, into a platform now used by over 70% of Canadian financial advisors.
