Tom Carroll, Founder and CEO of Ballast Rock, has worked to transform philanthropy from a corporate responsibility initiative into a core part of his firm's mission and culture. In 2022, Carroll established the Ballast Rock Foundation to address housing insecurity and education inequities while creating a structured platform for employees, investors, and community partners to participate in meaningful charitable giving.
