As Senior Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions, Michael Belluomini leads the dealmaking engine behind one of the most active acquirers in wealth management. In 2025 Carson was named the industry's most active acquirer by consultancy MarshBerry, up from fifth the prior year, after completing more than 23 acquisitions in the year alone. Belluomini's team carried that momentum into 2026, fully acquiring its sixth partner firm by early March and surpassing 45 integrated offices. Since January 2025, firm assets climbed from about $38.5 billion to more than $60 billion, with M&A as a primary driver. What distinguishes Belluomini's approach is integration, not just volume.
