As Chief Operating Officer of Orion, Arun Anur has spent more than three decades leading with a belief that success should create opportunities for others. Since joining Orion in December 2024, he has expanded the firm's community engagement efforts by championing partnerships focused on educational access, literacy, mentorship and emotional resilience. Over the past year, Arun has helped support initiatives with organizations including the India Literacy Project (ILP), Peninsula College Foundation (PCF), National Alliance on Mental Illness Mid-Missouri (NAMI Mid-Missouri) and Ambassadors of Compassion. Through these efforts, Orion has contributed funding and resources that support underserved children, first-generation college students and individuals facing mental health challenges. Programs championed by Arun's leadership have reached more than 2,000 children through emotional resilience education and contributed to fundraising efforts that generated more than $1.75 million for literacy programs and student scholarships.
