Grant Rawdin founded Wescott Financial Advisory Group in 1987 and has served as its CEO for 39 years. Over the past 12-18 months, he has executed an agenda balancing firm-level growth initiatives with industry-level impact. Internally, Grant hired five Next Gen advisors, created a Director of Growth Strategy and Development role to support growth initiatives and next gen strategy, and brought on a national marketing and communications firm as an embedded growth partner. More than 50% of Wescott's team completed NAPFA's DEIB certification. Wescott University, the firm's in-house development platform, has helped a dozen advisors earn advanced degrees and designations over the past decade.
