Nate Lenz is the CEO and co-founder of Concurrent Investment Advisors, an independent RIA supporting 180-plus advisors and over 150 team members across 31 states with over $21 billion in retail AUM and more than $37 billion in total advised assets.Over the past 18 months, Lenz oversaw the firm's most consequential period of growth and strategic expansion. He led the full acquisition of Next Retirement Solutions, extending Concurrent's platform into institutional retirement consulting and creating a new talent pipeline for next-generation advisors. He launched RIA Capital Partners to fund internal succession at independent RIAs and rolled out a Platform-as-a-Service offering to bring Concurrent's infrastructure to third-party firms without requiring consolidation. Under his leadership, Concurrent grew retail AUM by more than 50%, increased gross revenue, and deployed a proprietary agentic AI ecosystem built on a centralized data lakehouse.
