Since becoming CEO in 2019, he’s guided Wealthspire through significant growth and transformation, evolving the firm into an integrated independent platform serving individuals, families, institutions, retirement plans, and businesses across the U.S., Canada, and U.K. Known for a people-first approach, Mike has championed initiatives focused on advisor empowerment, philanthropy, inclusion, and purposeful growth while fostering a culture centered on collaboration and long-term relationships. Mike hosts Wealthspire's “Great Aspirations podcast” and speaks frequently at industry events. He also serves on the Advisory Council for the Wealth Management program at Columbia University School of Professional Studies.
