He arrived at Nitrogen with a proven playbook for building category-defining software. Over the past 18 months, Dan inherited a company already evolving from a single-product platform and pushed it further, committing to a full agentic AI vision and delivering three major product launches: Nucleus™, Tax Center, and Legacy Center. Under his leadership, Nitrogen earned ISO 42001 certification, becoming the first known wealthtech company to achieve the international standard for AI governance.
