As Chief Investment Officer of Fortitude Family Office, Drew Phillips has played a pivotal role in transforming the firm from a $90 million wealth management practice serving nine families into a $1.1 billion multi-family office serving more than 110 families. Since the firm's founding in 2021, Drew has led the development of the investment platform, combining institutional-quality investment management with the personalized service expected by ultra-high-net-worth clients. Drew's most significant achievement has been the modernization and scaling of the firm's investment operation. Recognizing that rapid growth could strain investment resources and compromise service quality, he led the integration of investment workflows into a unified platform, implemented automation across key processes, and began deploying artificial intelligence to enhance efficiency and scalability. This work has enabled a four-person investment team to support the firm's expansion while maintaining a highly customized client experience.
