As Chief Investment Officer of Empirical Wealth Management, Erik Lehr oversees investment research, trading, and Empirical’s Portfolio Management team. He also works directly with clients to develop and maintain their investment portfolios. Over the past 18 months Erik has spearheaded the creation of a suite of solutions to help investors manage concentration investment portfolios. This concentrated position toolkit has been an important component of Empirical's recent success, as the firm has experienced organic growth of 50% since the beginning of 2025, with over half of that growth coming from new client additions. Over the past two years, Erik has been identifying and developing a suite of tools that can help clients manage highly appreciated and concentrated portfolios in a tax efficient manner.
