Carson Group announced this week that Dani Fava, the prominent fintech industry speaker and former Envestnet and TD Ameritrade executive, is joining the firm as its new chief strategy officer.
The $35.5 billion advisory firm also revealed that Heather Randolph Carter, former chief marketing and communications officer at LPL Financial, will join the firm as chief marketing officer. As members of Carson's executive leadership team, they are tasked with growing the company's national footprint and enhancing its suite of service offerings.
The hiring news comes just a few days after Carson Group founder and longtime CEO Ron Carson announced his decision to step down from his role and become chairman of the board. Replacing him in the CEO role is managing partner and chief strategy officer Burt White, who will work closely with both Fava and Randolph Carter.
"Dani's leadership and market knowledge have been key in spearheading growth, while her forward-thinking approach has been influential in shaping industry conversation around financial advice and the impactful use of AI," White said.
"Heather is a mission-driven leader who excels at driving brand reputation for high-growth organizations and has deep expertise in the wealth management space," the CEO explained.
