Fidelity Investments acknowledged Tuesday that some customers were having trouble accessing their accounts online.
"Thank you for reaching out. We have some clients experiencing this issue. We have some troubleshooting steps you can try," the company posted on X, formerly Twitter, shortly after noon Eastern Daylight Time, responding to a customer who couldn't get into any of their accounts.
A short time later the same customer followed up, posting they were able to login to their Fidelity accounts.
