Special committee members have developed a list of charges that includes analyzing the level of diversity and inclusion in the insurance industry; talking to a wide range of people about issues related to race, diversity, and inclusion in the insurance industry, and to access to insurance products; examining insurance sector barriers that could "potentially disadvantage people of color and/or historically underrepresented groups"; and giving the NAIC ideas about what to do.
