A mass insurance products distributor buyer today announced a different kind of deal.

Integrity Marketing Group LLC of Dallas says it has acquired ThomasArts, a Salt Lake City-based ad agency that specializes in ads for Medicare plans and other products aimed at consumers ages 50 and older.

Integrity Marketing did not say how much it paid for ThomasArts, but it said key ThomasArts executives will get a stake in Integrity Marketing.

ThomasArts has about 200 employees. All of them will be eligible to participate in the Integrity Marketing employee ownership program, according to Integrity Marketing.

Integrity Marketing completed two dozen acquisitions in 2019. The company now has about 1,000 employees and relationships with about 250,000 agents.
