It seems that for the last 10 years or so we have been hearing that travel agents are extinct. However, they have yet to go the way of the dodo bird and they manage to hang on, albeit in some type of fringe captivity. Insurance agents have also been dealing with ominous prognostications as of late, with parallels being drawn between the two. Is there anything to this?
