Many might have an easier time viewing President Barak Obama and President Dwight D. Eisenhower as foils, but some contend that their managerial styles are very much in sync. Obama's tactics can easily be termed "stealthy" but with all this talk of leading from behind and or upfront is the president really leading like Ike? Some are rather doubtful.
