A large insurer has revamped its home page.
Hartford Financial Services Group Inc., Hartford, says the updated website, at http://www.thehartford.com/, now offers clear options for consumers who want to get a quote or find an agent as quickly as possible.
The updated site also gives users the ability to set a custom "landing" page, to help them jump to the content and tools they need, Hartford says.
Hartford has improved the tools it uses to analyze site traffic, and it is hoping those tools will help it find more opportunities to make sales, the company says.
