A life insurer has developed a new service that financial professionals can use to build relationships with business owners.
Principal Financial Group Inc., Des Moines, Iowa, says the new Buy-Sell Review program helps professionals work with owners to analyze the owners' business continuation plans.
The review can help owners value their businesses and assess their funding needs, Principal says.
The review includes a summary, a detailed analysis of buy-sell funding needs, and an informal business valuation proposal, Principal says.
