IPipeline Snaps Up Forms Tech Firm

Internet Pipeline Inc. has acquired COSS Development Corp.

IPipeline, Exton, Pa., runs a Web-based financial services distribution system.

COSS, Huntersville, N.C., develops systems for putting illustrations and forms on the Web.

IPipeline has been using COSS Web forms technology since 2004.

IPipeline also has announced that its board has hired Timothy Wallace to succeed Larry Berran as chief executive officer.

Berran, who has been with iPipeline since 2002, will become chief operating officer and chief financial officer.

Wallace previously was the interim president and chief operating officer at MEDecision Inc., Wayne, Pa., a health communications system company.

Wallace has a bachelor's degree in business from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a master's degree in business from Miami University of Ohio.
