Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company is trying to improve the way it delivers service to high-end groups.
MassMutual, Springfield, Mass., says it has created small servicing teams at its executive benefits and disability income and account services unit.
The unit will assign the teams to specific producers and relationship managers, MassMutual says.
"The goal is to ensure continuity, responsiveness and high levels of service," the company says.
Many of the producers and relationship managers involved in the program work with professional services firms, universities, hospitals and corporate executives, MassMutual says.
