Enwisen Inc. has published a third version of its Web-based Total Rewards Statement system.[@@]
Employers and their human resources advisors can use the system to provide compensation statements online, according to Enwisen, Novato, Calif.
The new version comes with tools that managers can use to create guest accounts for prospective employees, to show prospective employees what their compensation packages might look like.
Another tool will help job candidates determine how various benefits elections might affect their compensation.
A third addition, a new reporting feature, will help users combine data from several different vendors in ad hoc reports, Enwisen says.
