NU Online News Service, Dec. 20, 9:57 a.m. – OnlineBenefits Inc., Uniondale, N.Y., an employee benefit communications company, and BCG Interactive Inc., Regina, SK, Canada, a provider of personalized, Web-based employee retention and recruitment solutions, today announced a strategic partnership to promote and produce integrated products.
The partnership will start with two online "total compensation statements" built by BCG Interactive and incorporated into Benergy, an OnlineBenefits application that creates customized employee communication Web sites.
The new "Benergy E-summary" gives employees a personal review of the total value of their benefits and compensation, Online says.
