One of the most rewarding aspects of Kim Aquino’s job as senior vice president and director of operations of wealth management at Bailard is her role as a board member of the Bailard Foundation.

She helps identify community organizations within the foundation’s main focus areas of financial literacy, affordable housing, and homelessness and poverty, and provides grants to impact their missions. Since its inception in 2019, the foundation has distributed over $1 million.

It also offers an employee charitable matching program. Bailard has been named a Top 100 Bay Area corporate philanthropist by the San Francisco Business Times for the past four years.
