CogniCor, which makes digital assistants and business automation platforms based on artificial intelligence, has launched Wealth Co-Pilot to help financial advisors improve efficiency and reduce errors across their daily workflow with an "all-in-one AI platform."

The Wealth Co-Pilot can be integrated into existing customer relationship management systems and technology stacks "to automate critical yet repetitive tasks," such as meeting preparation work, note-taking and follow-up activities, as well as form completions and customer call resolution, the firm said in a statement.

The new technology relies on the CogniCor Insight Engine, which lets users leverage their available data to "deliver highly personalized advice to clients at scale," the IT provider stated.

"This solution is designed to empower financial advisors to maximize client engagement while reducing repetitive, non-accretive tasks, but more importantly, can take all this information and deliver actionable insights for advisors to use directly with clients," according to CogniCor Founder and CEO Sindhu Joseph, Ph.D.

Joseph added that the integration of the Insight Engine can help advisors "put their finger on the client's pulse and better understand what they want based on all available client information to deliver personalized client services, portfolio management and risk assessment at scale."

The owner of one CogniCor client, Capital Financial Planning, believes that this new technology has saved his firm "countless hours previously spent on scheduling calls, allowing us to focus more on what matters most — our clients," owner Ryan Brooks said in the statement.
