Steward Partners, the RIA firm, has made a series of executive promotions, with Jeff Gonyo becoming head of wealth management and Kirstie Eustace becoming chief administrative officer.
The firm has also promoted Maria Condon to chief of staff.
Gonyo will be responsible for Steward Partners' recruiting and organic growth initiatives — with all divisional presidents from the firm's traditional business reporting directly to him.
Eustace will oversee all the firm's administrative functions, including human resources, project management and corporate communication. Condon will oversee the senior leadership's organizational presence at corporate events, board meetings and public appearances.
Hy Saporta, president and chief operating officer of Steward Partners, said in a statement that the trio has been pivotal to Steward Partners' growth while "consistently demonstrating outstanding leadership and dedication to our mission."
