LPL Opens New 43,000-Square-Foot Home Office in Arizona

LPL Financial is opening a 43,000-square-foot office in Tempe, Arizona, where it expects to accommodate 300 employees by the end of the year.

The firm is aiming to add an additional 700 jobs in the Tempe area over the next two years, according to an announcement made Tuesday.

The Tempe office will be a dedicated workplace for LPL teams that support client service and operations.

“Tempe was a logical choice for our home office expansion,” said Sara Dadyar, managing director and chief human resources officer, in a statement, “providing access to highly qualified professionals who share our client-centric approach to service and innovation.”
