Bluespring Wealth Partners has selected Pradeep Jayaraman as its new president.
Jayaraman will assume leadership for all functions at Bluespring, including strategy and execution for the growing wealth management firm acquirer.
Stuart Silverman will continue to serve as chairman of Bluespring, according to the announcement, and in that capacity he will focus on supporting the growth of the organization.
Jayaraman joins the Kestra Holdings ecosystem after serving more than a decade at Focus Financial Partners. There, he focused on acquiring and growing wealth management businesses, having most recently served as co-head of partnership and business development.
Previously, Jayaraman was a vice president at Goldman Sachs, advising financial services clients on numerous merger and acquisition transactions and debt and equity offerings.
