$630M Advisor Team Joins Commonwealth From Osaic

Krueger Financial Services has three advisors and is based in Tempe, Arizona.

Krueger Financial Services, an advisor team based in Tempe, Arizona, has joined Commonwealth Financial Network, the firm announced Tuesday.

Formerly affiliated with Osaic, where it managed $630 million in client assets, the nine-member  team includes three advisors: Kim Krueger, Eric Krueger and Tim Hill, all certified financial planners.

“One of the biggest challenges as an ensemble practice is that much of the industry hasn’t evolved to serve our business model,” said Kim Krueger, owner and financial advisor, in a statement. “It’s only upon making the change that I’ve unpacked how much we need what Commonwealth provides.”

Kim Krueger highlighted the appeal of Commonwealth’s potential to support a hybrid RIA approach, as well as its tools and resources for business continuity and succession planning.

The Krueger team focuses on delivering comprehensive financial planning and advice to individuals and families, including multi-generational clients.

In selecting a new partner, the Krueger team prioritized cultural fit, ownership by individuals involved in the business, technology efficiencies, and a strong support team.

Commonwealth’s integrated trading platform means I don’t have to use several systems to get something done — and neither do our clients, who can access what they need through one portal,” Kim Krueger said.

Commonwealth partners with approximately 2,200 independent financial advisors who oversaw more than $296 billion in assets as of Dec. 31.
