Charles Schwab veteran Kartik Srinivasan has joined advisor service technology platform firm Advyzon as president of its newly formed business unit, Advyzon Institutional, effective last month.

Srinivasan served over seven years in tech positions at Schwab until December, most recently as managing director, digital advisor solutions. He previously worked for more than 12 years at Morningstar.

Srinivasan played a key role in advancing Charles Schwab's digital experiences for independent advisors and in the TD Ameritrade/Charles Schwab broker-dealer integration, according to his LinkedIn profile.

At Advyzon, Srinivasan will focus on developing product and service offerings to cater to the growing needs of advisors serving more complex clients.

"I am so excited to join Advyzon and bring my two decades of experience serving independent advisors and helping them grow their businesses profitably," he said.

"Advyzon has a strong culture of innovation and has quickly grown to be the leading all-in-one platform for advisors, and I look forward to expanding into new markets and serving the increasingly unique and complex needs of advisors and their clients."

He started in the position at Advyzon's first conference last month.

The company also announced that Dave Goes was named as president of enterprise sales. He had spent more than 18 years at Morningstar, most recently as senior vice president, product and business development.
