The Financial Planning Association says Claudia Cypher Kane, CFP, is the organization's new president for 2024. Kane recently wrapped up a four-year term on the FPA Board of Directors.
She also served in 2022 as treasurer and head of the finance committee for the FPA, which has some 17,000 members nationwide.
"FPA has been an influential force in my career by providing me with a community of professionals who are eager to share best practices and experiences that have shaped my practice of financial planning," Kane said in a statement.
"I'm eager to work to support the association's mission and vision while providing our members and chapters with an indispensable experience that will support them in their careers and businesses," she explained.
