Gregory Gagne Succeeds Peggy Tsai as MDRT President

Gagne, of New Hampshire, has qualified for MDRT membership for 24 years.

Gregory Gagne is now the 2024 president of the Million Dollar Round Table, a group for successful financial professionals around the world.

Gagne is the founder of Affinity Investment Group, a wealth planning firm in Exeter, New Hampshire. He has qualified for MDRT membership, by meeting MDRT sales minimums and other requirements, for 24 years.

He succeeds Peggy Tsai, an advisor in Taipei, Taiwan.

In 2023, a commission-based agent in the United States needed $69,000 in annual commission income to qualify for MDRT membership and $414,000 in commission income to qualify for the top-level “Top of the Table” status.

Gagne has qualified for Top of the Table status 15 times.

MDRT has about 90,000 members in 80 nations and territories.

Many of the members are based outside the United States, and the organization offers a communications app that can handle eight languages.

The organization held online meetings during the first years of the COVID-19 pandemic. This year, it has returned to holding an in-person annual meeting in Nashville, Tennessee, and a global conference in Singapore.

MDRT is also promoting a new MDRT Academy, which connects advisors with training and support services, and other new education and support programs.

Carol Kheng, a Singapore advisor, is MDRT’s 2024 first vice president. She is on track to succeed Gagne as MDRT’s president in 2025.

The other 2024 officers are John Nichols, the second vice president, and Clay Gillespie, the secretary.
