10 State-Level Long-Term Care Bills to Track Now

The states are the laboratories of legislation, and bills of interest to long-term care planning advisors are simmering now on their Bunsen burners. Most state legislatures are still in session or have just ended their sessions. At least one of the bills is already a law, and a second bill appears to be well on its way to being signed.
