One of the greatest thrills I found in our business is how we are on the leading edge of history. We are at our desks watching the market as world events unfold. However, headlines like "The Worst Week for the S&P" are doing little to lift the mood of financial advisors these days. Markets that are really choppy or down make hiding under the desk seem somewhat attractive. It is easy to maintain a low profile when the stock market is not doing well. That's a bad idea.
