Raymond James has hired Robbie Moseley as vice president and head of its financial advisor recruiting platform. He joins from Edward Jones and succeeds Barry Papa, who died in March.
"We have an incredible recruiting team," said Private Client Group President Scott Curtis in a statement. "Under Robbie's guidance, we expect this team to continue to flourish and build on our strong, steady growth and outstanding recruiting results."
At Edward Jones, where he worked for nearly eight years, Moseley was director of branch development, financial advisor recruiting and integration. He also led talent acquisition for the firm's eastern division.
Earlier, Moseley worked for UBS (2007–2014), including as a financial advisor, producing manager, complex sales manager and branch administrative manager, his LinkedIn profile shows.
