Integrity Marketing Acquires The Brokerage Resource

Sam Corey Jr. founded the company in 1992. Sam Corey was the grandson of William B. Corey, who helped mold the Provident Friendly Society into the Provident Indemnity Life Insurance Company  and later served as Provident Indemnity Life's chairman, according to Brokerage Resource.

William B. Corey's sons, William S. Corey and Samuel C. Corey, also worked at Provident Indemnity Life and served chairmen of that company's board, according to Brokerage Resource.

Sam Corey Jr. built The Brokerage Resource from scratch and sold it to Sam Corey III in 2018.
