Stafford has a bachelor's degree from California State University in Chico, California. She worked as a bookkeeper and accountant for small businesses in the Washington area from 1999 through 2003, according to her LinkedIn entry.
In 2003, Stafford joined Life Happens to serve as the group's comptroller. She has been the group's chief operating officer and chief financial officer for 11 years.
Feldman said in a statement that Stafford will be especially active in efforts to promote Life Happens' Life Happens Pro marketing support service.
