Ramond James announced that three financial advisors from Wells Fargo recently joined the Raymond James & Associates (RJA) office in Rochester, New York.
Keith Bock, Mark O. Downey, II and Jason Peterson — who managed more than $300 million in client assets and had almost $2 million in production — will operate as BDP Wealth Management of Raymond James. They are joined by Senior Registered Client Service Associate Janet Emhof.
According to Downey, the trio picked Raymond James because they were looking for a smaller firm with resources.
"Once we decided to look around, we knew we wanted a smaller firm that would provide us more flexibility, more access, more responsiveness and would likely remind us of how it used to be," Downey said in a statement. "Yet, we wanted a firm that would also provide a multitude of resources, sophisticated research and investment management, and the latest technology. We have found all that here at Raymond James. We only intend to move once — and we couldn't be happier with the advisor-focused support and service-first attitude of everyone we have encountered."
